President
Presides at club meetings, appoints committee chairs, attends and participates in Committee planning meetings and is the chief club liaison with the GRF Activities Director.
Vice President
Performs the duties of the President in the event that he/she is unavailable, attends committee planning meetings; assists the President in club development and membership; chairs social events and otherwise assists the President.
Treasurer
Collects the annual dues of each member and other monies, if requested; pays all bills owed by RBC; maintains the membership roster and contact information; prepares an annual financial statement as of the end of the calendar year and submits it to the Board and general membership the following January and make it available to any Member upon request; and presents a Treasurer's report at each meeting of the Board and membership. Treasurer's records shall be retained for at least three years.
Secretary
Records the minutes of all general membership and board meetings; writes periodic news articles for the membership and act as the club historian. The Secretary’s reports and minutes shall be archived and permanently retained for historical and reference purposes.
Tournament Director
Ron coordinates and organizes the club's tournaments, ensuring that all members have a great experience.
Event Planner
Jenny does the planning and implementation of the club's social events.
Assistant Event Planner
Jayne supports and backs up the Event Coordinator in the planning and implementation of the club's social events.
